AnimeShots is a gallery for screenshots from anime. You can help by uploading your screenshots - I know You have some. Check out the forum, too.

This is my first relatively big project, I make it alone. Thanks to this project I gained a lot of valuable experience in Web Development(PHP, AJAX(in the admin menu which you can't see :) ), Javascript, MySQL).

I was hosting the site on my desktop PC at home, but those times are over. After a whole year of non-stop work I decided to forsake the machine and moved the site to a normal hosting.

Pls don't use my Html or CSS as a refrence!! -- It's a total mess, all together with the design and the PHP. Now the code is year and a half old and in this time my skills as a devoper has grown a lot, but I just don't have the motivation to rewrite the hole site. Though, the poor thing deserves it.

If you like the site and its idea, you can support it by making a donation. The money will be used for faster connection and the rest saved for better server.

It is better to set up your players to capture screenshots with some mianing in the file name:

If you register you'll be albe to upload screenshots, rate them, vote in pools and select an anime as your favourite

The pictures on the top and the bottom change few time a day. They are intended to look like photos.
